RU OK? Day - Start a Conversation, Save a Life

R U OK? Day is a reminder that every day is a good day to check in with the people around us and ask, "Are you okay?" It's a chance to connect meaningfully, offer support, and potentially make a real difference in someone's life. You don’t have to be an expert to reach out – just a good friend or colleague who cares.

At My Supports, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where mental well-being is a priority. Whether it's a quick chat, offering a listening ear, or encouraging professional support, your small gesture can have a big impact.
